Refund & Return Policy

At Velnix, your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for the following reasons:
• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Item is significantly different from the product description
• Wrong item was delivered

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned without prior approval
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return
1. Email velnix85@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.
2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
