RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Velnix, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
• The product is damaged on arrival.
• The wrong product is delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product for verification.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Please note:
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
• Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.
